Shipping Destination: We currently ship exclusively within Australia from our Netherlands-based facility. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (AEST) – Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) – After this period, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

  • Transit Time: 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday) – Typical delivery time after dispatch. 

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9-15 business days (processing + shipping). Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, or regional service availability.

Tax Information: As a Netherlands-based business, we do not charge Australian GST. All prices are shown in AUD and exclude Australian GST. While we cover all shipping costs, please note that local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on Australian regulations. These potential charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
