Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (AEST) – Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) – After this period, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Transit Time: 8–13 business days (Monday to Friday) – Typical delivery time after dispatch. 

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9-15 business days (processing + shipping). Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, or regional service availability.

Shipping Destination: We are a Netherlands-based business delivering products across Australia. Currently, we only ship within Australia, and international shipping is not available at this time.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package is delivered securely and on time. Carriers may include:

  • PostNL
  • Australia Post
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS

Shipping Costs 

Australia: $4.95 for all orders up to $99.99 and Free Shipping on all orders of $100 or more.

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page on our website.

Tax Information

All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of Australian GST. Customers in Australia do not need to pay any additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  • Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
